Minecraft modifications are a large part of the Minecraft experience for many players, with modifications ranging from small performance and visual improvements right through to gameplay altering ones. As Minecraft modifications provide such a wide range of functionality, not all modifications are permitted to be used on Hypixel. Idk, it is kind-of just the rule for mods. Badlion has a lot of pvp, quality of life, and frame boosting mods. It seems to be generally OK. You might have to disable a few things like minimaps, keep/togglesprints, and sneaks. I was recently banned on hypixel, with the reason being 'cheating through the use of unfair advantages' while using badlion client. On that day, i was using the inbuilt autotext mod alot, and thought it was allowed as hypixel staff didnt block it. While playing skyblock, i randomely got banned.

You'll need to purchase a Minecraft account (if you don't own one already) and download Minecraft; which can be done from the Official Minecraft website.
Once it's installed and ready to play, you can join the Hypixel server by adding it to your multiplayer server list.
